Happy New Year, Clean Water Raingers!  All of us at the IRWP hope you and your family had a great holiday season.  In this post, Miss Jennifer and our other Clean Water Raingers leaders will explain what YOU can do in 2015 to help preserve, protect, and restore our watershed. There’s a lot we can do to make 2015 a wonderful year for the Illinois River Watershed!

Mitch and Maggie, our Clean Water Rainger explorers, are ready for new adventures.  Captain Marshall just told me he is rip-rearin’ ready to get busy. Me too! The Illinois River Watershed Partnership has a lot of projects that we want to accomplish in 2015!

MarshallAs the new year begins, I think it is an ideal time to renew my commitment and do what I can to make a difference. How about you? I’m going to start by repeating the Clean Water Raingers pledge with Captain Marshall. Will you join me?

Capt Marshall Pledge2Wow… that felt good. I hope you repeated the pledge too. Doing good things for the watershed always feels right. Sometimes it is hard work, but our watershed is worth it.

So… let’s get busy… but busy with what?  Here are just a few of the things you can do in 2015!

2015 – Let’s all take care of our watershed!
